How to Keep Your Skin Fresh and Healthy

You can make your skin active and fresh by just taking good and healthy diet. Do not skip your meal. Include fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet.

You can also make facial at home with natural products according to your skin type. You can use daily facial scrub twice a day to make your skin healthier. Here are some simple and easy tips for your skin care.

Normal Skin

Normal skin is a great blessing. It has fewer problems and is most demanding skin. If you have normal skin then you have less or no skin problem. You can make your skin healthier by just washing it with water many times in a day. You can clean your face daily through a milk cleanser. Milk has protein and is good for your skin. You can make milk cleanser at home and cleanse your face daily. To make this cleanser you just need 1.5 cup of milk and few drops of vegetable oil. Mix them in a bottle and shake well for 60 seconds. Clean your face with this mixture with the help of cotton. You can put this bottle in a refrigerator and use on daily basis.

Oily Skin

Oily skin requires extra care to make it beautiful and fresh. If you have oily skin you may have many skin problems. To avoid skin problems you have to focus on your diet. You can cleanse your face regularly with natural ingredients and make mask for your skin easily at home. If you have acne and pimples or moles problems then mixture of rose water and lemon juice is best for you. Put some rose water and few drops of lemon juice in a bottle and shake it well. Use cotton to apply this mixture on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash your face with cold water.

Dry Skin

Dry skin can be very sensitive and is easily aggravated by changes in your surroundings. If you have a dry skin then you might get wrinkles before age. To avoid getting wrinkles, drink water as much as you can or 10 glass daily. Dry skin needs a lot of attention and care to make it glow. You can make a mixture of almond oil and wheat germ oil by taking 5 milliliter each. Mix them in a bottle and shake well. Apply it on your face at night and rub it for 10 minutes. Use cotton to clean your face.

Combination Skin

Combination skin is most common and has features of more than one skin type. This skin type needs more care than normal skin type. If you have combination skin then you can make it healthier and beautiful by regular cleansing. Deep cleansing and regular exfoliation helps to keep skin clear and maximizes its freshness. To avoid skin problems make a mixture of lemon juice, milk and cucumber juice one teaspoon each in a bottle. Shake bottle well and apply this on your skin with cotton and wash your face with cold water after 15 minutes.
